| Curriculum Vitae -1959, age 3- Began dancing. -1972, age 16- Joined professional dance company (South Street Dance Co. in Philadelphia, PA) and began teaching modern dance. Performed works by Anna Sokolow and Alice Varga Forner. -1973 to 1977, Undergraduate studies at U. of Wisconsin (Madison) and Temple University, Philadelphia, PA. -1975-1980, Soloist with Sybil Dance Co. in Philadelphia. -1979, Master's Degree in Dance Education, Temple University. -1980, New York City: Scholarships with Lar Lubovitch Dance Co. and Jennifer Muller and The Works. Choreographed and performed including group work and solos by Ron Brown, Doug Varone, Garth Fagan, John Brooks, and Alice Varga Forner. -1981, Began study of shiatsu. -1981-1985, Student at Ohashi Institute, New York City. -1985-1995, Instructor of Ohashiatsu in United States and Europe. -1985-1994, Faculty at Omega Institute for Holistic Studies, Rhinebeck, NY. -1985- present, Studies with many inspiring teachers including Ram Dass, Eckhart Tolle, Byron Katie, Gabrielle Roth, Emilie Conrad-D'oud, Kikko Matsumoto, Pauline Sasaki, Terri Nash. -1994, moved to Massachusetts. -1994-present, Teaching shiatsu and Five Element Movement in United States and Europe. -2000-present, Study of Aquatic Bodywork and doing treatments in water. -2002-present, offering Advanced Practitioner Training and Apprenticeship program. |
